User Responsibilities
By using Streatly, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may create an account using your email, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google; you agree to keep your third-party account credentials secure and to authorize only your own use.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors listing food trucks on Streatly are responsible for ensuring all business information is accurate and up to date, maintaining valid operating licenses and health permits, and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. Vendors must submit truthful information during the application and verification process. Streatly reserves the right to reject or revoke approval for any listing that does not meet our community standards.
Vendor Verification
Food truck listings on Streatly are subject to an approval process. Submission of an application does not guarantee listing approval. Streatly administrators review submitted documents and information and may approve, reject, or request additional details at their sole discretion. Approved vendors will be notified via email.
User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content you post on Streatly, including reviews, check-ins, and photos. By submitting content, you grant Streatly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the app. You agree that your content will not contain unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable material. Streatly reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards, without notice.
Check-Ins & Badges
Check-ins are intended to reflect genuine visits to food trucks. You may not spoof, falsify, or manipulate your device's location or otherwise cheat the check-in or badge system. Streatly may flag, void, or withhold check-ins and badges that appear fraudulent, and may limit or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate this rule.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Streatly to post false or misleading information, impersonate any person or entity, submit fraudulent business documents, engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits other users from enjoying the platform, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
Liability Limitations
Streatly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of vendor-provided information.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or vendor listing at any time for violations of these terms, submission of false information, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to our community, our platform, or other users.
